New Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks non-executive directors
The NHS is looking for two outstanding non-executive directors to play a key role in the emerging North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust expected to be in place from 1st October 2019.
It’s an exciting time for health and care services in north Cumbria as work continues to join up health and care system in line with the national priorities set out in the NHS Long Term Plan.
As part of this plan, the two provider trusts, Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust are merging to form North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC) subject to approval of the full business case by NHS Improvement.
At a time of unprecedented challenge and opportunity two non executive directors are being recruited to drive forward the agenda to join up health and care.
